At Harry Brown, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn garments. Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit is as seamless as our tailoring.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
